I just went to mcd for the 2 bigmac meal.
But I bought a $20 giftcard and got a free big mac voucher. Then used the GC to pay for the 2meals. Now I have a voucher on hand :fullofwin:

how do you know if you are over training?

overtraining will feel more like mental fatigue then physical fatigue. potentially both. but overtraining is when youre doing compounds, your lifts are slow and \ form breaks down and you just can't "concentrate" if that makes sense.

mcd bulk legit

Relied on McDs for calories since I started training. Gained 35lb total, and looking leaner than before :fullofwin:

BinsentoW 12-14-2012 03:36 PM

I just watched supersize me for the first time the other day.
Stupid video because the diet was not the only change he had. They gave him a pedometer to limit his walking. So dumb

Sid Vicious 12-14-2012 03:48 PM

i remember when i had to watch that in hs, i raged so hard. ofc youre gonna be a fat fuck if you eat when youre not hungry and always order the biggest portions.

mcd's is easily one of the best training foods available, people think i'm trolling them when i tell them i eat fast food 4/5 times a week

Maybe not the "best" like you say, but not as bad as some people think

Haven't DL'd in four months, tonight I pulled 315x5 :notbad:

Five plates by summer should be possible.

week break has ended, shoulder is back to 100% (or so it feels like it)

what excercise would you guys recommend for building a nice shape for the back/lats

my build looks like i am one of those 50y/o+ fits who wear those tight rash guards x_X

need more muscle on my back haha

edit: barbell/dumbells

PK6o4* 12-15-2012 12:09 AM

deadlifts=staple for mass/thickness
too many exercises for width my personal favs=lat pulldown & dumbbell rows

with only dbs/bbs u could do db rows & bb rows & deadlifts, pullups if u got a pullup bar

Yeah heavy deads and bent over rows have added a lot of thickness in a short time for me. Working on width with pull ups and pull downs, with lots of different variations.

Matlock 12-15-2012 08:37 AM

I don't feel any thicker from deadlifts... Hm. Maybe I need to go heavier.

Haha and as of today I have been known as deadlift guy at my gym.

Have not done deads in ages
They Are great for back but IMO much better exercises out there to build a big back
<--------- inb4 deads Are best for back

BlackV62K2 12-15-2012 11:21 AM

Besides DL, I really like bent over rows & T-Bar rows for thickness.
