Hmmm so I got my iphone 5 fixed in hong kong sort of... so my phone worked finewith smartone before. Now it works on any other except smartone... wtf lol

nm... got the smartone shit to work now too as soon as i turned off lte... apparently the card can't switch between lte and hspa by itself o_O or the phone.. either or.. i hate this iphone 5

I wonder if they are rethinking putting out a 5S next.... Still doubtful lol

They need to rethink their UI, imo its so dated, maybe even add some more basic customization; but that'll be a tough move i imagine

I don't think so... I have an old iphone 4 locked to Rogers and fido sims don't work on it... Chatr sims do though.

It will not. Although some Rogers phone will work on Fido without unlocking, the iPhone line up isn't one of them.

Is anybody notification wonky like mine? I keep getting repeated notifications from wechat. I check them and it would still keep on pestering me it's getting very annoying

Can anyone help me please. I currently use Itunes for both my Itouch and Iphone. When adding songs to my itouch, I can simply drag and drop music. But when it comes to my Iphone it won't allow me to do so. It worked before i upgraded my iunes for both devices. But now when manually trying to drag and drop songs, it asks me to erase and sync songs. Is there a way to drag and drop without having to erase my previous songs? THANKS

Somewhere along the line your settings switched from manual to auto sync (most likely by connecting to someone else's iTunes, or a change or new iTunes library yourself or a new computer). When you switch back to manual mode you will have to erase the current music, sorry dude, no way around it. You have all the music in your iTunes library or on your computer right? Don't worry, just drag and drop it over again after.

Just media gets erased, just in case make sure you backup your phone first in iTunes or to iCloud.

Make sure you guys do a Restore through iTunes (or directly download the IPSW) if you updated OTA to iOS 6.1 by accident..

Back up your SHSH blobs (with Tiny Umbrella) to your computer so you can restore back to iOS6.1 when Apple patches the exploit!

Only doing it for NCsettings and Bitesms. Theming and everything else is meh.

did my wife's phone last night. pretty simple.

updated from 6.0.1 to 6.1 via iTunes

then just ran the exe and let it work (takes a while)

at some point it asks you to slide unlock phone and tap the new app on your home screen and that's it. wait for a few more reboots and you're good to go.
