becuz Dallas doesnt haven an agreement with an AHL team, they can reassign their players to any team as long as both parties approve. Did u know Jeff Cowan didnt goto the Moose?

yes, dallas has no ahl farm team. the manitoba moose already have some dallas stars prospects. raymond sawada, maxime fortunus to name a couple.
