i got a quick question on PIN and BIS release..
my girlfriend gave me her bold, i removed her emails from service books but im still getting emails and i cannot create any of my email. Do i have to call fido or rogers to get them to release the PIN and BIS in order for me to create my own email"?

This is dumb. Everytime I update my berry with the newest or newer software, my data always goes retarded. I can still use my browser to surf the web, but I can't get on my FB app or appworld. so annoying :flamemad:

Tempting to order the white or yellow housing.. But I'm scared that it won't fit properly or if the quality is shitty.

I have a curve 8900 and I've been having an issue with my FB app.
Randomly, when I receive a notification, the app pops open by itself and loads up. So of course, when I was in the states last month, it did it a couple times, and my last month's bill have roaming data charges on it!

Anyone else have this issue with any bb's? Anyone figure out how to stop it from automatically popping up when you have a notification?

I already brought this up on crackberry, people have all said it happens to them randomly too, but no one can figure out why or how to fix it.

How much data do most of you use on average?

Rogers has a new retentions data plan - $15 for 150mb and I'm thinking of combining it with the retentions VP - $10 CID, VM, 2500txt so it'll be $25/month.

I'm currently on the e-mail plan since I almost never used the browser or any data when I had my unlimited data trial. My last bill, I used a whopping 14mb. I plan to only use BBM, MSN, e-mail, light GPS usage, and very light browsing (facebook, cbc mobile, tsn mobile, google) so I'm thinking I can probably get by with 150mb easily.

Are there any ways of checking how much data I used?

I'm not on 5.0, I'm still using .266.

I heard some apps don't work with 5.0 right now. Facebook, viigo, msn I think.

bbm 5 looks pretty good. so far i only encountered one problem is the status of the person not changing. currently on .282.

I can't even tell if the person is away or not.

And even if it does show, it takes a very long time.

How do I get the new BBM on the Javelin? Currently using 4.6.1.250 OS. I'm a noob -_-"
