anyone got some tips for getting noticable gains in bench press? i've only been working out for almost 2 months now going 4-5 times a week, and i've only gained around +5 lbs for bench press, but for dumbell chest press, ive gone +15??? any help would be appreciated thanks

i drink weight gainers, gained only like 5 lbs in weight in a month, and if i eat a lot wont i get fat?

read this thread start to finish, the FAQ thread, work out for 2 years, then come back and tell us where your bench is.

13 months ago my max bench was 115, now it is 275.... eat, get propper form, and consistency

every tuesday and friday. tuesday is incline dumbells and flat barbell. friday is incline barbell.

thats ok skinnypupp, everyone knows its always the weak guys who dont bench and have an excuse why. stick to your one legged bosu ball lunges tho. those are cool.

Skinnypupp I don't flat bench, but I definately do close grip flat bench. What's your opinions on that. I've used it on my tri and bicep days.

What's wrong with that. If you keep at it you would be huge in a year. Moderate your diet especially carbs if you are getting too fat.

switch your protein, or take only 20grams of protien, i have never had gas from protein, but always tak 15-20 grams of protein, so that is maybe why
