Lol honestly I've grown to ignore all those kinda people. They are who they are. Can't avoid them, so suck it up. If they're taking 15 minutes to use a machine, bench, etc that you need to use, then say something. Other than that lift them weights and move on. |

I think he meant the chick doing SLDL's in the background... I do appreciate that he sets the DB's down gently instead of throwing them to the ground loudly while screaming at the top of his lungs like most people I see. Well except the people I see are doing that with 50 lb dumbbells. |

ripped on incline barbell bench that felt good did lots of pull ups and then standing military press close grip cables then did Dl's, went up to 315 but felt like little bitch went back down to 285 for a clean set then i was tired so i ate 1300 calories of burger king to drown my sorrows |
