for strength building, stick to 5-6 reps for each set, i tend to go higher on the last set tho.. its worked for me so far

for curls all i do is EZcurl bar preacher curls and dumbell hammer curls with elbow on the back of a high bench at abit of an incline.

chin ups everywhere all the time

i like doing curls with a rubber band too. makes you work harder at the top when normally you are losing resistence

Finishing up week 4 of stage 2. So that means all this week I should be hitting my max.

So I guess my maxes are:

Dips: BW + 25kg for 3 reps (264 lbs total)
Chinups (wide grip, overhand): BW + 7.5kg for 3 reps (225.5 lbs total)
Hack Squats: 90kg with bar (198 lbs)

Got a loooooooooooong way to go, but I am progressing. I am up to about 209-210 lbs. That is a net gain, because I am losing a lot of fat as well. I estimate that if I didn't lose any fat, I would be in the 215-219 range, from about 200-204. I still don't eat nearly enough, even though I eat whenever I can.

I know the name brand Greens+, but neither BB.com or tfsupplements.com sells it and I wanna order it along with protein and other stuff that is way cheaper online.

did squats, leg press, then leg extension... started to feel sick (dehydration) cuz of creatine.. left the gym but legs were fried from squats

That's asking a lot from your body if you're not taking steroids

last night i did hams, extentions, heavy front squats, leg extentions, vag, leg press then extentions again...

i almost vomitted... yes dehydrated too i'm on my 3rd L of water right now

You can try cable curls, works throughout whole ROM.
