Nice, my dumbbell flat bench has been steadily increasing. 100's are starting to become easy for me now, so I might go to a different gym that has heavier dumbbells. Anyone go to golds gym at gilmore?

I don't really do barbells anymore cus I don't have a workout buddy and don't feel like disturbing the hardcore lifters every single damn set for a spot..

Though I'm pretty sure that my barbell bench will increase if my dumbbell bench starts to increase as well..

We shall see, first one to post a vid of themselves benching 315 wins :accepted:

Fuck ya'll LOL, I know my legs are poop. I train them a lot though, my squat is solid. Give me time, one day I'll get them caught up, fucking genetics. Learn from my mistakes, I NEVER trained legs for the first year or two when I started working out, so they are way behind the rest of the physique :(

i feel excruciating pain in between my pecs when doing chest dips, i did them weighted around 10 days ago and that area got real sore and still hasn't gotten any less sore tho every where else obviously has (10 days) and when i tried chest dips again today it felt like i was ripping my pecs apart or something..

thoughts?

Since taking the :accepted:, got my bench press to 235lbs, 6 reps, 3 sets.

Wasn't easy but still managed :fuckyea:

245lbs, here I come :fullofwin:
