Fuck ya'll LOL, I know my legs are poop. I train them a lot though, my squat is solid. Give me time, one day I'll get them caught up, fucking genetics. Learn from my mistakes, I NEVER trained legs for the first year or two when I started working out, so they are way behind the rest of the physique :( |
