however, your test levels rise higher after exercise during the afternoon than during the morning. don't forget, cortisol is highest in the morning too!

Some people like to train in the morning because it's a regular pattern for them and they can get up early at 8am for to give their bodies a nice beating. And that's great, because chances are, there bodies are nice and well-rested from the night before.

I do most of my heavy lifting in the afternoons because my muscles are super stiff and cold in the morning and my body temp is def higher in the afternoons. I can concentrate better and I won't have the urge to drift off to sleep in the middle of a set. Why lift when my body still needs rest right?

Really, it's each to their own... but if you're not the type of guy that can wake up feeling energized and ready to go and are struggling to get out of bed, then morning workouts probably aren't the best idea.

don't forget about the people who also have full time jobs, and families to go home to. But I guess they are just pussies, and shouldn't lift at all because they are wasting their time.

Ugliness and fatness are genetic disorders, much like baldness or necrophilia, and it's only your fault if you don't hate yourself enough to do something about it.

You just love twisting and bending my posts to accomodate your hate/troll posts don't you?

Like I had said, you as the individual pick and choose your workout schedule the way you want it to. From the way he said it, he didn't seem too motivated to workout in the morning. So I suggested the afternoon. My idea still applies. If you can't put in your full focus into the lifting at a certain time of the day then it probably isn't the right time to lift.

I know plenty of construction workers, officers workers with full time jobs that work close to 10 hours a day, and still find time during their lunch breaks, or evenings to go to the gym and workout. Mornings don't always work out for everyone.

Haha, I like how you just compile a list about me right on the spot thinking you know what my personal life is like. I really don't see how that list has anything to do with being superior or not, in fact, I don't see what this has to do with being superior at all.

I didn't answer your question because I didn't think it would concern you the least bit.

spideyv2 11-26-2012 02:57 PM

fucking hilarious watching you two go back and forth :lol

If i'm allergic to creatine monohydrate would I still be allergic to creatine phosphate? I'm thinking of starting supplementing creatine phosphate to replenish the creatine phosphate/ anaerobic alatic system but I'm worried I'm gonna have to go through all the shit I had to go endure while on monohydrate again

RRxtar 11-26-2012 03:53 PM

Speaking of this. At the Oval there is a woman that trains at night and she either has her brother or someone there helping her out. He's a really big guy and doesn't do much (if any) lifting on his own but I noticed he downs like a 2L water bottle of some green drink (it looks either crazy high sugar or maybe has some stims in it) I worry for his blood pressure and heart
