Yes.

Currently i'm doing 155 5x5 overhead, but it's all relative.

I currently work a job where I have to build thinks about 8 feet high, so getting items above my head is pretty important.

Both 155lb 3x5 and 185lb x1 ohp are nice lifts. I just did 150lb x6 and 145x5 tonight. Been working on 150 for a while.

Do you feel any wrist pain front squatting that much weight Sid?

I know that the bar is supposed to rest on your shoulders and your fingers are only there for support...but I still feel a bit of strain even doing light weight.

how do you guys increase your OHP? im stuck at 115 x4. I want to do at least 135 x 2 before this year ends.

I have added some upper back and inclines exercises as part of shoulders. Is that enough?

Keep doing OHP Variations and often. And kill triceps = OHP going up.

not that much pain in the wrists with less reps, 5 reps is killer. i usually tape my wrists if im going heavy, helps a bit.

but holy fuck front squat is money for your abs lol

btw if anyone needs help with form/programs or general strength/speed and conditioning tips or advice just pm me. i dont know shit bout bbing or nutrition tho lol (on dat mcdonalds diet)
