I'm sure there are many other japanese chain gyms around the area.

having been a calisthenics guy for a good 3-4 years in the past, I got pretty ripped from doing a ton of weighted pushups.

Snake pushups - walking forward with hands while adding a pushup in the middle.

knee tucks - jumping up and bringing knees to chest

situps

pullups

All in 25 rep sets.

etc etc. If you need other exercises, hit me up with a pm.

But since you are in japan, I highly recommend taking advantage of the nation's respectable martial arts classes, a ton of world-reknowned instructors teach there. Just something different to experience other than going to the gym.

Just going to put this out there for everyone.

You can't out-train poor nutrition. If you want to get anywhere, you need a good diet

People have said thing like "its 50/50 diet/training" or "its mostly diet" or whatever

But honestly, it's probably 80% nutrition, 20% training. Maybe 90/10%

just putting it down for ya, pick if up if you like

That extra 30% they add on is really just to motivate you to lift harder rather than being lazy and hogging up the benches in the gym

Might have to stop taking adderal and switch to something else. The appetite suppression/energy is great but it gets me anxious because it causes me to over think. Might switch to a non stimulant soon.

I still think diet has to much thought put into it. I'd kill myself if I'd have to meal plan everything.
