Just going to put this out there for everyone. You can't out-train poor nutrition. If you want to get anywhere, you need a good diet People have said thing like "its 50/50 diet/training" or "its mostly diet" or whatever But honestly, it's probably 80% nutrition, 20% training. Maybe 90/10% just putting it down for ya, pick if up if you like |

Might have to stop taking adderal and switch to something else. The appetite suppression/energy is great but it gets me anxious because it causes me to over think.
