So my buddy made 17k last month from personal training, online training, getting cuts from other trainers for referring ppl to them.. And photoshoots and memberships.. Somehow I think I'm in the wrong field. Id like to start doing that but its tough getting jacked with my bad genetics.. I gain fat so easily around my love handles.. Ughh fuck my life

Trust me I train hard.. And yes there are people out there that have very poor genes.. I have low bone mass, my fingers are thin and I'm skinny fat.. Well I use to be but I'm ok now.. Its also tough when u work 12 hour night shifts and have to sleep during the DAY

Anyways, looking forward to legs in the morning after work

keep it up bro, you will get there. just keep your head up, i know i posted a fake pic but after posting it and getting called out i have never felt better then ever. Training the past year has been unreal and i feel great dieting right now.

you shouldn't be working out for more than 90 mins unless you're doing volume training or you're on roids

no i'm not in med school, still need to get bachelor degree then i'll get there.. sigh

Usually 45 mins - 1 hour; 1 min rest per set.
