If anyone was guaranteed to arrive with shipping via apple who would buy on release day at a higher price? Posted via RS Mobile |

Don't forget last year a lot of people were buying to resell in Asia. This year HK will be releasing on the same day plus the LTE antenna in the phone is different from the HK version. Posted via RS Mobile |

Last year I preordered online and then arrived at 9:38am on release day. Got a contact call me the night before and sold it to him In the morning. Easiest an fastest made I ever made. Posted via RS Mobile |
it's not guaranteed. but if you order it AT MIDNIGHT (not 1am.. not 2am..)... chances are it will arrive SAME DAY it is released. |
I have close to $300 fido dollars so I'm going to order one on Fido.ca and I might order a couple on Apple.ca to flip. |
How much could you make per iPhone on first day? $30? $50? |

There are two GSM versions that have different LTE antenna and one CDMA version There was a guy on here last year that rounded up foot soldiers to line up for him. Can't remember that fellow but if he starts rounding up guys again then there's a chance to make some money. Posted via RS Mobile |

Good question. Not really worth the hassle if you're going to be making like $50. |

does anyone know how much a 32gb iphone5 is off contract? |

Another problem this year is that the price this year increased by $50. But once you factor in taxes, add on the profit you want to make, might be harder for ppl to drop $900 on a phone. I think they rather wait them pay that premium. Again just my opinion and also depends if there is shortage or not. Posted via RS Mobile |

my reply to you was stating that nokia not being a threat to apple in north america is a really limited view since all corps are thinking worldwide and in that case nokia is or was a threat since it still outsold the other guys in most markets until 2011 |
Unlocked iPhone 5 U.S. Pricing Revealed | Redmond Pie Wait, so US has unlocked versions of the iPhone now???? This will be a harder to flip phones since a lot of people come from the states to buy. |
US pricing also cheaper than canada..that's kinda stupid. We've been at parity for so long. I think there may still be a market for shipping out to asia as the major market is still china which doesn't have the LTE network yet. |
so the bet on flipping them is basically, that supply will run out in the short term (first wave shipment), and people that are too eager to wait will shell out more money. even if you make a lousy 50 bux a phone. thats 5.5-7% return. it's a solid investment. 0 risk man. you just return the phones if you cant flip em... sell 17+ phones and you got yourself a free iphone5. or just pocket 5%+ you just made over a weekend? btw i did go to the applestore physically and ask. u can return them to the store. they will take care of the shipping. i asked the "genius" how many phones they'd be getting and if he thinks they'll run out. he shrugged his shoulders, looked me in the eye and said "dont know" but not an authentic "don't know". more like "i cant say because ive been instructed not to say anything". |

I think so too but those ppl will try to buy from HK and ship to china since it will be cheaper than buying from here Posted via RS Mobile |
