It's because the aosp calendar is different from the official Google calendar app (I believe it's the calendar sync adapter apk). Just install the calendar app from play store, uninstall aosp calendar and re sync. Colors should match after. I do this every time I flash a custom rom.

Anyone else having problems with the Facebook app not pushing notifications?

The Facebook app has been really slow lately. I disabled notifications... too annoying.

I just downloaded Friendcaster... gona try that out for a bit..
FB app is annoying... keeps saying "No Internet Connection" but a few secs later, I get the new feed updates... everything seems working except notification.. the last ones where from almost a month ago... Ive been using the browser to get the notifications otherwise DashClock keeps telling me that there are new notifications... soooo annoying..

Also i found out my cell data constantly drops on this phone...

My cell data stalls as well.

Even with wifi on, stupid app doesnt work...

Friendcaster seems to work no problem.. only lags a bit.. not sure if low battery was the issue.. haha I had 1% left with playing around with it...

Facebook and Canucks have been very slow on my N4 and my gf's GS2. I hope they release a fix soon.

My microphone went toast, doesn't work during a call or for any apps that requires the mic ie. shazam, voice recorder. However it does work during speakerphone, how strange is that?

I've unrooted/relocked/flashed back to stock and sending it in for an RMA, hope the process is smooth.

For anyone using the Franco Kernel and updater to do colour correcting, they just changed the method to using different sliders for each RGB.

I based my tune off this post: [KERNEL][GPL][N4] franco.Kernel - r102 - Page 1248 - xda-developers which did an awesome job of making things pop more. My tune is as follows:

Screen colour tuning:
R175
G175
B175

Screen Gamma Settings
Same for R, G, and B:
Greys: 0
Mids: 55
Blacks: 119
Whites: 6

Misc Gamma settings:
Contrast: 0
Brightness: 0
Saturation: 119


It's definitely made the colours bolder and pop better.

Same thing happened to me but I've had it for more than 15 days. Need to call google soon. I've been so lazy about it I'm just turning speaker phone on, turning the phone upside down and putting the back on my face to make phone calls LOL

Speakerphone works because there are two mics on your phone; top for speaker and bottom for everything else.

Just order the Nexus 4 =D. Been using my iphone 4 and the battery won't even last 4hours (had the phone for years and years lol). I also had the Samsung Nexus but doesn't feel as nice.
$360 seems like a nice little toy to get. What I am worry is that everyone on here is sayng you need to flash it to install a custome ROM to get better life. Is this true?Or is the upgrade to 4.2.2 fix the battery issue?

4.2.2 fixes the battery issues, but you lose LTE unless you root and downgrade the radio.

But is the battery considered "good" after 4.2.2 or just acceptable?

I'm on Franco with PA and I get acceptable battery life. I'm glad I work from home and don't spend a lot of time away from a charger.
