Blake Griffin had his worst game as a pro last night, only 2 points and they lost to the Hornets....
How about the fact that he basically tapped out of the game?? With the game still undecided and 2:36 to play, he committed his sixth foul intentionally simply to get off the court.........

^ yea he was trying hard the whole game but it was just one of those nights.
So Charlotte got killed last night by 40+ points?
At work right now listening to Dan Patrick he just mentioned it.... who did they lose too, I didn't catch that game last night
Posted via RS Mobile
^They lost to OKC, it's the same game as your Westbrook clip from above.
They had 25 points at almost the halfway mark of the 3rd quarter. I believe the largest lead of the game was 57?

watching the Wolves Kings game.... I don't know what's smoother, Love with another 20/20, or every dribble and layup that Tyreke takes....
fun to watch..... and off course, every single home Lakers or Clippers game is blacked the fuck out.... fckin league pass
So the other day I was telling my little brothers about how great Jordan was even in his very late 30's, 40'ish, in his last years of the league, so went on You Tube to show them his final All-Star game in 2003, to see him playing against the best players in the league at that age (yea the one that Jermaine O'Neal ruined) and found an absolutely brilliant HD copy of the exact game in full, make sure to put it in HD mode......
fuck you Jermaine, you baby faced lookin sumbitch!
I still remember watching the game live and gettin so pissed, what an exit that would have been for MJ to win his final all star game, and with his patented shot

Joey Crawford should've been fired after the incident with Duncan. Guy thinks the fans are there to watch him ref. He also cock blocked the Pacers on that technical call on Kobe, he had a clear view of the Pacers having a 4 on 1 fast break and yet still calls the T to stop the game.

Jeremy Lamb gettin some minutes in garbage time, two swish 3 pointers almost back to back from the exact same spot....
and DAMN his jumper looks even smoother than it did in college, very swift and consistent almost identical to Durant's, except Lamb has much better follow through you could tell by looking at his elbow and wrist after ball release. Durant tends to snap back at times after releasing and not fully extending his arm.
I don't know whose jumper I like better out of the newcomers, Lillard's or Lamb's.... every time I watch Lillard shoot you feel like it's going in, and even his misses look good like when it hits the rim it's rarely far off, almost kind right there.

It will be interesting to see what kind of punishment the league will dish out to the players involved in the brawl. Yeah, the Humphries foul wasn't a MWP elbow to Harden's head type of foul.
-still liked the fact that Rondo stuck up for his teammate. Rondo did overreact with the shoving. -just yell at Mr. Ex-Kardashian instead. Why did Rondo have to shove Humphries and put himself at risk of an ejection?

I just got home at 11 from drop in ball at Centennial, still watching the Clippers replay but yea I see the stats. You were smart to count on Del Negro's stupidity, if anything is gonna fck me over it will be exactly that. I assumed common sense would prevail, and that he likes and wants to keep his job, but apparently not.. I don't know of any coach who would do shit like this, take a guy who's been producing at a high level, and just give his minutes away to someone who hasn't played in a year, in his FIRST fckin game back. Willie Green was a DNP so his minutes are totally gone.... I don't even wanna know what happens when Hill gets back.
No I'm still sticking with Bledsoe, I think Del Negro will be fired sometime this season before the deadline is up. I see the recent Clippers losing streak is mostly in part to him not adjusting after the rest of the league saw exactly what made the Clips sucessful and made their adjustments when playing the Clips accordingly.... and Vinny hasn't responded yet, he still can't figure it out, I mean they barely beat Minnesota tonight
I caught a bit of the Portland Washington game earlier tonight before I headed out to ball, they were rockin the alternate jerseys you posted, they do look slick, I still prefer the Rip City ones though

C'mon brah, lemme have dis one, you do the DeAndre Jordan vs OJ Mayo for Most Improved award - you're pretty much a lock to win that one too.
G-spec
11-29-2012, 09:18 AM
Yea the bet is still on, but like I said we're not doing ROY and MVP of regular season, those are too easy, it's pretty obvious gonna be LeBron and Lillard.
So this is what it is right now
6th Man - Eric Bledsoe
Most Improved - D'Andre Jordan
DPOY - Serge Ibaka
6th Man - Ryan Anderson
Most Improved - OJ Mayo
DPOY - Serge Ibaka
6th Man - Jamal Crawford
Most Improved - OJ Mayo
DPOY - Dwight Howard
So my opinion from what I see so far with these picks, Dwight Howard is not winning DPOY this year for obvious reasons, I do like how Jon followed me in picking Ibaka though cuz he's winning it.
Jamal Crawford was on a tear so far in the season, but the recent Clippers losing streak is due to other teams adjusting to the Clippers and their most recent opponents have managed to slow him down significantly, so he's been struggling but he'll adjust. I think he'll be on and off the rest of the season for this exact reason.
Ryan Anderson is on a team that has Anthony Davis, Austin Rivers and Eric Gordon, this is their future, this is who that team is trying to mold this is where they want to see the ball 99% of the time. I see absolutely no way Anderson will get anything other than the same type of leftover buckets he used to get in Orlando when guys would kick and dish, basically spot up shooting. You can't win most improved on spot up shooting.
OJ Mayo is doing well now, averaging close to 20 a game, big reason is because he's playing the most minutes on the team. They give him lots of minutes because they need scoring right now, but when Dirk gets back, the offense will run through him so OJ's buckets will drop to probably just over 10 a game and other than scoring, he does literally shit all, assists ? they got Collison and Beubois for that.
I'm tempted to say that OJ will continue to be getting lots of touches when Dirk gets back because you would think they wanna build for the future, but Dirk is still the man there and holds way too much sway for anything less than him being THE team until he retires.
I'm with you on the Mayo thing though, I wish they would realize Dirk's time is done unfortunately and they should focus on Mayo, Collison and Roddy, because that's their future. But this season the two guys that the offense will pretty much go through is Nowitzki and Kaman.

Yea the bet is still on, but like I said we're not doing ROY and MVP of regular season, those are too easy, it's pretty obvious gonna be LeBron and Lillard...
Even though Lillard has been playing great basketball, I wouldnt count out Davis just yet. Theres just to much hype and attention for Davis esp after playing in the olympics that it would be hard for him not to win . Also its still fairly early in the season.

I wouldn't count Davis out yet either, but I think all 3 of us making the bet would choose Lillard for ROY....or maybe not; I think G-Spec might still be high off Drummond.:drunk:
G-spec
11-29-2012, 03:59 PM
yea Lillard will win the ROY simply because he's a PG and will have the ball in his hands so he'll be able to stuff the stat sheet. Plus Portland will actually make the playoffs and where your team stands at the end of the season plays a pretty big role in the votes.
The Hornets won't even make the playoffs even if Eric Gordon comes back and plays well.
On that subject as well, that's another big negative against Davis the fact that Gordon will be back. Not saying Gordon will take his playing time, just saying he will have about 50% of the Hornets ball possessions.
Davis is a garbage bucket player right now, and he's very good at that, but he's not a guy you can set up plays for and watch him go to work. He'll follow your misses, make the right cuts and rolls to get his hoops, but compare that to someone like Lillard who has a ridiculous amount of skill in every single category that a PG should have, all this makes Lillard a much better player right now, but all the experts look at Davis and speak on him the way they do is because of his potential and his ceiling, it's very high.
I was never high on Davis I spoke on that some pages back, even when he reaches his ceiling he could be a Dwight Howard type, and I personally am not a fan of that type of game, it ain't my thing. I grew up watching skilled big men that can do things for themselves, guys like Derrick Coleman, Kevin Garnett.... so guys that need someone else to do half the work, that doesn't impress me.
And as far as Drummond I have very good reason to be high on him, I judge players by what I see when I watch them play, and what I see from Drummond is he just comes in and balls the fck out no questions asked, like a machine. But if you aren't able to watch a Pistons game, I ain't mad brah, nobody wants to watch the Pistons lol. So let's do stats then, I'll post pre-season stats here because that's when everyone was getting pretty even playing time so this shows extremely well how each player would perform if they were given similar minutes, so let's do a comparison with the Pistons current star Monroe
Greg Monroe -- 213 mins 26mpg// 48 rebounds// 107 points// 3 blocks// 22 turnovers// 50% FG's
Dre Drummond - 132 mins 16mpg// 47 rebounds// 72 points// 11 blocks// 8 turnovers// 62% FG's
Look at what he's able to do in almost half the minutes!!
I have no doubt in my mind if given the playing time Drummond would be right there with the ROY running with Lillard and Davis.... but he isn't getting the time, nor is he on a team that will have a respectable record
ok enuff of that, the HEAT SPURS GAME IS ON ! gonna be a good one

Ridiculous fine. What right does Stern have to tell any coach in the league (let alone Pop) how to manage his team?
I can see why people would be upset (especially those who bought tickets to the game to watch the Spurs' A-team, not the B-team) watching the game; but at the same time, you can make the argument that this actually makes for a better product later in the season in June when the games actually matter (as opposed to a game now in November) when the top players are rested.
IMO its completely unrealistic for Stern to think that star players who play 35-40 min/game almost every other day for 8 straight months will be able to play at the highest level night in and night out.
This clown can't retire soon enough..even if Adam Silver is no better.

^ that's exactly the problem, I mean where does it end, now he's opened up a can of worms.....
He has no authority to tell an owner and the coach how to run their team, it's out of his jurisdiction.... worst case scenario what he could do is introduce a new rule for next season, but even that would be tough since the players union would get in the way...
I still don't think he's even allowed to do this, but I haven't looked into the rules nor read what the experts are saying on the blogs, will dig into that tomorrow.

So who thinks Kobe will maybe get the hint, that when he doesnt jack up 30 shots a game, other guys get goin and they have a better chance of winning..... nobody thinks that, because we all know Kobe gon' Kobe
awesome meme :lawl:
i thought he'd figure it out from the olympics where he didn't go in to kobe mode and just went with the flow and scored when the opportunities arrived with the flow of the game. glad to see jamison go off.

Won't lie... my favorite Kobe of all time though, young Afro Kobe.... Way back when he was rockin the Adidas Crazy 8's, slam dunk champ Kobe, back when his legs were fresh and his handles were sick, crossovers galore... now he tries to cross over he loses the dribble half the time
I miss Afro Kobe, I want him to grow his Afro back in his last NBA season and just ball the fck out one last time put on a show for all of us, that shit would be ultimate

Yeah, I mean the Lakers franchise is such a hard organization to stick it out with....I mean they are so often near the bottom of the standings, and nobody wants to play there, and their management does such a horrible job of bringing in other superstars....I mean Kobe did request a trade at one point, but who can blame him, right? that's a pretty damn tough organization to play for...so yeah, mad props to him for doing that instead of taking his talents elsewhere, unlike 'you-know-who' over there who had it so great in Cleveland. I mean, if I was in the NBA, I would die to play for the Cavs....such an accomplished and highly-respected organization.
Lol spot on sarcasm if others didn't get it ;)

look i know you're a miami fan and that's cool...but seriously sometimes i think you need to chill out...the "taking to talents to ____" is a famous line now. i said it about ray allen too and i was happy to see him go to what i think is a better situation to miami...and i said it about nash when he went to LA. it wasn't a shot at lebron or the miami heat.
and ya you're right, "shitty" was the wrong word. i don't take a lot of my posts seriously in here cuz i always felt it's just a bunch of bball fans talking out loud...not being that serious. you're sarcastic post is spot on i have no argument against it, though my comment was intended strictly towards kobe and had no reference towards any other player or any other team. i was not aware he asked for a trade, thanks for the info.

lmfao wtf are you talking about; how does that relate to Stern in any way whatsoever?...Oh, the Spurs come back and beat the Grizzlies in a big way, that'll show Stern!!........right....
Really? Pop rested his players for a reason. Look at the Spurs' schedule for the past week. Back to back games twice for Duncan, Parker, Ginobli. Five games in 7 days. The Miami game would have been the fourth game in five nights for these aging stars. The extra days of rest and relaxation showed that Popovich made a good decision in the win against the Grizzlies.
It's about making decisions to manage player minutes.
That's how it relates to Stern. He looks at the league rulebook and decides to levy a big fine. A commissioner, who's never coached a NBA game, who thinks that a coach makes a bad decision in benching the players. Pop's the coach, Stern, not you.
With what Pop did, the NBA fans witnessed two great games. One was a Spurs team played by reserves testing the Heat’s mettle till the end, and the second was a rejuvenated Spurs team making a comeback in the 4th to beat the top team in the West. If Pop didn’t do what he did, the fatigue might have resulted a blowout in Miami, still the same fatigue on key players might have resulted another blowout in Memphis, and worst case one of the Spurs’ 3 might get an injury.
This writer seems to think Stern was heavy-handed in the fine against the Spurs:
David Stern shows leadership fatigue with crackdown on Spurs - NBA - Sporting News (http://aol.sportingnews.com/nba/story/2012-12-02/david-stern-showing-leadership-fatigue-with-crackdown-on-spurs)
Those guys would have had more fatigue if they played the five games in seven days. San Antonio may not have had the energy to come back and win against the Grizzlies if the big three played the Miami game.
Perhaps this was Pop's rationale for the decision:
Why risk injury to your aging star players by playing them through all those games? -give the bench guys a chance to show more of their game.
Another thing I want to bring up about the league. WTF is going on with the scheduling??? What kind of league makes a team play their fourth game in five nights on national television? A tired Spurs team playing a Miami team that didn't play a game for four straight days? Really Stern?

How does that effect Stern? You think he gives a fuck if the Spurs won or not lmfao....every team has these types of schedules...the schedule isn't a big deal, but telling a coach what he can and can't do with his team is another matter....and I can guarantee you Stern probably doesn't even know that the Spurs won the game after, as it has absolutely nothing to do with anything.....

Aight, I'll come at you -
Last game, the Clips played the Kings and it was an absolute blow out...Thus, Chris Paul only played 21 minutes, while Bledsoe picked up garbage time to go to work.
Also, you are comparing your 6th man choice to my most improved choice, so that doesn't really work either....But if you want to compare your 6th man choice to mine, Crawford went 7/14 for 17 points, 6 assists, 2 boards, and a steal.
As for Mayo, you've confused his last game to actually his 2nd to last game, which I think it's safe he's moved on from....After shooting 0-for-4 in the first half of his last game, he exploded in the second half to finish shooting 10-of-21 from the field....a team-high 27 points with five rebounds, four assists and six 3-pointers...
Sorry brah.

Kobe calling out his teammate "Spain" to wear "big boy pants." Can Pau adjust to D'Antoni's offensive system?
Kobe: ‘Big-Boy Pants’ For Pau! « NBA.com | Hang Time Blog (http://hangtime.blogs.nba.com/2012/12/03/kobe-big-boy-pants-for-pau/)
From the article:
This isn’t the first time someone has felt the need to light a fire under Gasol. Jackson had to do the same on several occasions when he coached the Spaniard, famously poking him in the chest during Game 3 of that playoff series they lost to the Dallas Mavericks in 2011 in an effort to challenge Gasol’s toughness in a critical situation.
The specifics of this latest late-game benching, provided by Dave McMenamin of ESPNLosAngeles.com, highlight a disturbing trend where Gasol is concerned:
Gasol was subbed out with 6:07 remaining in the fourth quarter and the Lakers up 84-83. Orlando outscored L.A. 30-19 the rest of the way. Gasol ended his night with 11 points of 4-for-11 shooting, seven rebounds, two assists and a block in 29 minutes.
“I don’t get irritated,” Gasol said of the benching. “I like to be out there. It’s upsetting for me as a player but I won’t allow it to irritate me.”
It was the second time the benching occurred with Gasol’s family in the building. The first time came against Marc Gasol and the Memphis Grizzlies and Gasol’s father and younger brother, Adria, were at Staples Center for the game Sunday.
Pau looked lethargic in the Orlando game. Jamison looked much more energetic than Pau.
Perhaps the tendonitis in both of his knees is still limiting his mobility?

He was an underachiever in Memphis because they did not use him properly....He was the 6th man, playing in the shadow of basically everybody in that starting line-up.....I mean wtf is Tony Allen doing starting over Mayo...I could understand if he was a shitty defender, but that wasn't the case at all...In fact, he's a pretty good defender....Grizzlies were just stupid...Can you imagine the Pacers if they were able to pull off the deal they made with the Grizzlies - OJ Mayo for Josh McRoberts.....Both sides actually agreed to it, but it didn't get to the front office until after the deadline...

^ Actually you SHOULD go to SportMart, they are going out of business for about a month now have been having 60% off sales, so you will find $100 ball shoes there costing you under $40. All the Sport Mart locations are having these closing out sales for a while now, so you might wanna go hit up a few different locations and see your options maybe one location has nicer shoes.
I bought a few pairs of hiking boots I use for work there for dirt cheap the other week...
my suggestion to you as far as basketball shoes, the first thing I look for is a soft pliable sole, something that will flex and bend with your lateral movements, nothing worse than balling in a shoe and feeling like it's a fckin work boot... a lot of Jordans feel that way
But yea it's good that Mayo didn't go to the Pacers, I don't think he would have gotten playing time among a budding All Star in Paul George and a proven solid SG George Hill, but what a lopsided deal, Josh McRoberts would only do good to a team desperate for a barely decent PF...

The New Orleans Hornets are expected to become the New Orleans Pelicans, perhaps as early as the 2013-14 season, according to a Yahoo! Sports report.
Yahoo! Sports, citing numerous sources, reports the team also considered Krewe and Brass as potential nicknames.
The Hornets have planned to change their name since New Orleans Saints owner Tom Benson, who also owns the rights to the Pelicans nickname, bought the team in April.
Charlotte Bobcats owner Michael Jordan said in November he'd be interested in bringing the Hornets' name back to Charlotte.
"It's definitely an interest down the road, but right now it's the New Orleans Hornets," Jordan told the Charlotte Observer. "We would definitely entertain the opportunity. That's as much as we can say right now. We've heard the community ask the question, and we would listen."
The pelican is Louisiana's state bird and appears on both the state seal and flag. A New Orleans minor league baseball team held the Pelicans nickname in all but nine seasons from 1887-1959, and again in 1977.
The Hornets moved to New Orleans from Charlotte in 2002, and when Benson bought the team earlier this year, he said he would like to change the name to something more fitting of Louisiana. His wife, Gayle, reiterated that idea and added that the franchise also would like to change the team colors from teal and purple to red, gold and navy blue.

MJ also pushed for getting the Hornets name back to his team, so expect Charlotte to regain the Hornets as soon as all the paperwork is done.
I am curious about the team colors though, New Orleans going to stick with the teal or will they go with something new and give that up along with the Hornets name as well.
I really think that they should have shuffled it a little bit, gave New Orleans back the Jazz name and Utah could have gone with something more fitting to their state full of Mormons and Mountains, no Jazz music to be heard in the whole damn state I bet, lol

I tuned out of that game figuring they had it, a comfy lead playing fairly well.... then again I should have known something was up from watching all first half while Toney fckin Douglas was rippin them apart....
Just last night I was watching the Charlotte Portland game and Cats are up 18 points with 4-5 minutes left, but my main man from a few years back was hot, Ben Jordan hit like 7-9 threes so I wanted to watch him some more, and whattya know I sat there bewildered watching the Cats blow an almost 20 point lead in the last 3 mins of the game to lose it in OT

Miami's loss doesn't mean shit....it's a slip up and means nothing.
Lakers loss cannot be dismissed....they are going on long losing streaks right now....That said, no rash decisions should be made at this point for LA...No fair judgement can be made until Nash rejoins the team and starts running the offense. A D'Antoni offense is nothing without a good point guard.

Lakers loss... Nash isn't back, Gasol is a shadow, and guys aren't gelling quite yet... to make matters worse, the multi time defensive player of the year D12 does not own the defensive paint for the first time in many MANY seasons...
as far as Miami loss, that team has been accused of not just this season but ever since LeBron joined them... that is that they tend to cruise control it right away and not play the game with a sense of urgency until it's too late.
This bit them in the ass 2 years ago against Dallas in the Finals when they won the first few games and checked out basically assuming Dallas had done the same. And if Spoelstra was half the coach he should be to hold a head coach position, he would have shook that shit out of them soon as they lost those Finals.
Their lack of effort keeps them inconsistent, and I don't know what they think if they're saving themselves for the playoffs or what, but hell at a time you should be fine tuning a well oiled machine because... y'know... not 1...not 2...not 3...not 4....etc... you're picking up bad habits that will take longer to fix than that tuneup month right before the playoffs every team tightens up

Like they say, once you win a championship, the regular season becomes boring.
Losing to the Wiz is not even a big deal, any team can lose to any other team, shit happens.
And to be honest, even if the Heat end up in the 8th seed, it wont matter they will still make the finals.
The West will have a far more interesting play off bracket, to many good teams there.

Actually, if they are at 8th seed, it's a whole different story...That would mean they are going on long losing streaks and that is definitely something to worry about.......Losing a game to a shitty team once every 10 games is not a big deal....losing to good and bad teams 2, 3, 4 games in a row....Now you have a problem...

Kobe becomes the youngest player in NBA history to score more than 30,000 points. Incredible. Mamba enters the club of all time great players who have over 30,000 points like Kareem, Karl Malone, and MJ.
Bryant becomes youngest player to top 30,000 career points (http://www.tsn.ca/nba/story/?id=411054)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T3l-3bibxeo
Bryant is 34. Wilt Chamberlain was 35 when he hit the mark, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar and Karl Malone were each 36 and Michael Jordan was 38.
A ironic part of Kobe's achievement as per this Tweet:

^ I don't like the Gary Payton lookalike sleeve, I'll probably buy them just for the tech because they look like they'll be good performers. Not many Jordans perform all that well on the court and I'm talking about the new ones too, not the throwbacks, most of them are fairly uncomfy to play in any basketball player will tell you that, I remember back in high school I spent $250 on the 12's on release and I wore them a few times then never again, the soles of those shoes was like a timberland boot, so fckin hard.
So Miami got bitchslapped at home, and LeBron after the game goes back to the gym for "extra shooting drills" geez, this guy is still fckin clueless, you had a triple fckin double dude, your game was not the problem.. how about you stand up and kick your team's butt in gear, get everyone else in order, if you can't do that, then give the leadership back to Wade for fcks sake. He gonna get through his career relying simply on raw talent, he will never get the mental aspect of the game and that's a shame, because that's one of the main things that separates the great from the legendary.
Every time I see him throw out a bit of emotion out there after a play it just looks like bad acting, which is weird because if you've seen his funky Nike commercials, he's actually a very good actor.... this one's probably my favorite LeBron tough guy act, he doesn't even have the balls to look Garnett in the eyes

I've watched 4 games in Portland on 2 different occasions; my high school basketball team went on a "small" trip (Portland) every 2 years and a "big" trip (Orlando/LA) every other year. Thus, I've gotten to watch several Lakers/Clippers/Magic games when I was younger...Didn't hurt to play on the senior team in grade 10, nor did it hurt to coach the team in my year after graduation. :fullofwin: Anywho, the games in Portland were awesome...They have some of the most loyal fans in the NBA...Atmosphere is awesome, especially in the lower bowl, and their fans playfully hassle you if you're a fan of the opposition. All in all, it's an awesome experience.

Just read that the lakers are considering signing either Mike James, Delonte West, Eddie House, Jonny Flynn for some PG help
I like Flynn the most then West... Flynn had a pretty good rookie season as well.. we shall see
Another person that came to my mind is Calderon..I'm not a huge fan of him but he's pretty solid and could work well with Gasol even as a 2nd unit. I wonder what it would take to grab him.. I assume he'd be available with lowry being there

Maybe houston should make james harden sixth man of the year again coming off and leading the bench. While Lin runs the floor with the starting line up. They both play a different style game and it doesnt maximize potential for Lin, if both of them are on the floor at the same time. Maybe that's why OKC started selfolosha instead of Harden. :lol
Hope Harden can recruit someone like josh smith to play with.

This is the first time that I've seen a ref try to block a NBA player, especially at the free throw line. -pretty good vertical for Mr. Courtney Kirkland. As the TV analyst said, looks like a guy from Foot Locker runs on the floor:

Nash can help the defense indirectly. If he improves the offensive flow and efficiency of the lakers then they should be scoring at a higher rate and their turnovers should decrease, which means less transition opportunities for the other team. Lakers are horrible with their transition defense so if they're able to set up their half court defense instead of always having to play transition D then their overall defense SHOULD be better.

The Grizzlies have hired former ESPN writer and analyst John Hollinger to be the Director on Player Personnel, according to the Memphis Commercial Appeal.
The hiring of an ESPN writer may seem out-of-the-blue, but Hollinger is the revered developer of PER (Player Efficiency Rating) and other advanced statistical tools used by nearly all NBA analysts. It will be interesting to see how his role develops in the coming years.

Melo was balling at the Garden, it's going to be interesting to see what effect Amare coming back has on this hot Knicks team. I remember reading a stat last season, where the Knicks were 8-9 points worst on the offensive end in terms of efficiently with Chandler/Amare/Melo all playing at the same time, not enough spacing.

Because the team is in tank mode. Because the coach is still banking on his 39 PG whose body has already breaking down. He doesn't know what the fuck he's doing and therefore, his team doesn't trust him. The same issue he had with Melo in New York. He cannot adapt to the roster. He requires a certain people to run his stuffs. I think hiring him was a mistake. Jim Buss powered-tripped himself and fucked up the team. They're banking on Howard staying. lolwut...

I'm not a lakers fan so I'm loving the fact that there struggling with this super team everyone e was going crazy about in the summer. Nash being Injured is seriously hurting them, laker fans better pray he returns and the offense falls into place and Nash can get the team focused again. It's crazy because its not even the fact that Kobe's playing horrible and Howard is struggling aside from free throws. They're like what? 1-10? When Kobe scores over 30? He's playing so damn well but they just can't win.
As for NY I'm impressed for now but until amare comes back I'm not worried about them just yet, he always manages to destroy the flow they create without him.

the problem is see with amare coming back is that I dont think he can be a role player. He wants to be the main guy. So even though he says he will be fine coming off the bench, theres no way that will be the end of it. It will be rumours and drama for the next few weeks after he returns.
As for Pao moving to NY:
-it adds another veteran with championship experience
-a big man that can go low and has a decent mid range shot, and can pass
-can possibly work well and even play on the same line up as melo
Amare in LA:
-Knows dantoni's system
-smooth pick and roll game with nash
-Young, can run
-doesnt need to be the rebounding block shots guy for the team.
-over all better future for him + dwight (if he decides to resign) after kobe retires.
It was just a thought at first, but the more i think about it, it doesnt seem like a bad idea for NY, especially if they can get rid of amare's ridiculous contract lol

You fail to understand that Amare sucks now....He's nothing close to being what he used to be, and that's if he can even stay on the court with his chronic back problems...He's nothing more than a role player...he knows it - the Knicks know it - the rest of the league knows it.
