It takes the right team (proven no nonsense coach, clear alpha dog stars, and a winning culture) that can deal with knuckle heads. Look at Beasley in Miami, Stephen Jackson with the Spurs/Warriors. The fact that he's 7 foot and can run up and down and has shown flashes is worth a minimum contract. Hell Oden who hasn't really shown anything since 2009 got one, Bynum at least is a relatively healthy big that would help the Clippers and Heat.

I'm not a Heat fan but I'd definitely sign Bynum for league minimum for the rest of the year/playoffs. They could use an extra big man that could put guys like Hibbert into early foul trouble if they face eachother in the ECF which is likely.

I use Bauerfeind, the brand that a lot of NBA guys use. Granted, I use the sleeve that Kobe started using due to the fact that the sleeve is therapeutic, and I never actually tore up my knee (just sprained it bad years ago), so a sleeve sufficed.

I've talked to people that use the more expensive braces from the brand, and they say its really good. Just from my experience with the sleeve (I don't use it anymore as my knee is fine now), I sprained it a while back in 2012 and I wore it to the gym/in my bed, and it definitely helped speed up the healing process and enabled me to stay active whilst injured.

my wife's family all lives there, so spent time with them, we got visit them at least twice a year....

if you're looking for fun stuff to do while there, can't help sorry, lol, all I do is go over to in laws houses and hang out watch sports, rarely go out unless it's for bubble tea.... well actually I'll recommend you a good bubble tea place in richmond hill called Destiny... they got this sweet ass ice cream fruit crepe that hits the spot

actually just came back from the older bros game, pretty psyched as he dropped 31 points and 12 rebounds 5 assists on Eric Hamber to bring his team to the city Junior finals game against Kitsilano taking place tom night, Kits has been city champ 10 years running 2000-2010 and also in 2012.... so I cant wait to wipe the smirk of them WestSide kids faces tomorrow....
He's only in gr 9, but he's already dominating gr 10 junior squads....... all those tourneys in the States in Portland, Seattle, Vegas, etc.... really paid off for his development, he's a few years ahead could be playing seniors right now if he wanted to
