Seems decent right? But I'd like more data

if you work for a government organization you are eligible for the corp 350 plan which is what I have.. there is a huge thread on red flag deals with all info you need to know.

But I don't work for a government organization tho

Auto collision repair isn't considered gov in any way lol

Renthal - I work for COV and I know there's a COV plan (technically only eligible for City Workers who have a cell phone for work) and I've tried to get on the plan for a year now to no avail lol. The problem is I need the MSD code or whatever it's called but I wouldn't be able to get it from the City's Cell Phone Admin because the plan isn't supposed to be for your personal cell phone. From Roger's side of things they don't really care, they said they can and will put me on the plan no questions asked but only if I can give them the code. I've read on RFD that people have run into agents who will just look up the code for you but that hasn't worked for me.

The plan that is listed on city wire is crap.
You can get the good plan that everyone talks about for your personal cell.

I always got through to Retentions easily. I just told the regular CSR's that I needed to talk to Retentions.

First time I called and I got switched to the business department, the lady set me up with the corp 350 and looked up my MSD code no problem.

You might have better luck with the business reps looking up your MSD code then retentions.
I also went to a rogers dealer in a mall and the guy was able to look up my MSD code.
There may also be a rogers rep for your COV, find out who this is, and they can get the code.
Corp 350 plan is sweet, and a rocking deal.
I work for a city municipality and it is considered a government organization :woot2:

all you need is your MSD code, employee number, and employee email

Call in and say you want to cancel. They are called the customer loyalty department.

In other news, I got my S4 upgrade for $0 on 2 years. Futureshop was having a promotion couple months ago for $49.95 on 2 years and they matched it. Everytime you use the HUP, you get $50 credit.

Still sitting on the 6gb grandfather plan WITHOUT CID which is pissing me off. Called to see if I can get it for free and they said no because I have a grandfather plan. Even prepaid plans have caller ID for free.

Need lots of patience. It took me 6 calls over 2 weeks for me to get them to offer me to renew the same plan I was on. I took the reference number, but ended up switching to the Gov plan instead.

It took me fifteen calls to get a $1200 refund from them

just closed a deal for unlimited everything 2gb of data for $65 + taxes. got a new iphone 5s too for like $280ish or something

Hi guys. If I went from a contract iP4 to a used s3, do you know if Rogers can get me a LTE SIM for free? Also would my data need to be provision for LTE speed?

At the time, I manage to get a LTE micro sim from the Apple store. I can't remember what I said to them but it was along the lines as telling them that tech support told me to get a new sim card for my iphone 4 and I just asked for the LTE version.
Had to do some sweet talking to get it b/c they don't like to give out the sims as much now.
I wanted the LTE micro sim so that I could try out my buddy's S3 that had LTE

I got the same deal but five bones less

I wanted to get more data since I changed from BB Torch to Samsung S4.

Total Bill:$50 plus tax


They said they are not selling GB but 2GB now and some other crap for 75 bucks. If I go over it's 15 bucks for 500MB.. does anyone have a better deal that I can counter with?
