the game has its moments, but its definitely average fps with huge abundant of players..
the goal oriented and mission specific task with your squad makes it worth playing instead of just playing it like team deathmatches..

but otherwise, the game is too chaotic........ way too chaotic, even with just 64 players...
iv tried the 128 player servers and playing defense is fun because at least ur not running around getting snipe, but u will find yourself lost around the map because they are soo big

I thought that was odd so I turned it back in and played for about another 10 minutes and it did the same thing. I have a 60 gig and have had it for 3 years now. Some people say its overheating but the area I have it has tons of room for airflow. Some are saying thats the road to the YLOD, anyone experience anything similar?

its the YLOD. When your ps3 turns off look at the light, it'll flash yellow really quickly then turn red and blink. I just turned on my ps3 yesterday and it died 2 times within 1 minute. Its due to overheating and the thermal paste. I'm pretty forunate to have had my ps3 for 3 years, most people experience this a little bit before or just after 1 year. I was reading up on this and it was funny that Sony had no clue how to fix this until recently. Gonna have a guy on craigslist repair mine :thumbsup:

Shaq, ilgaugas, varajao, james on the floor and i can barely get 3 blocks a game with 8 minutes per quarter

ya they are not the TRUE TRUE LED tv, at least within my budget lol.

the multiplayer demo for U2 was great! I didn't get kicked once I played for like 2 hours straight on the multi demo in death matches I was getting merked hardcore though it was kind of frustrating but worth it. I definitely will buy this game once they get some patches out to help the online

i say pick the Elimination matches, its more in tuned with GoW/Gears 2 online gameplay as there is no spawning, 5 on 5 and based on how many rounds you win.
Co-op Arena and Survivor is more like Horde... and Co-op objectives is really fun with buddies, just turn the difficutly to hard or crushing

i highly doubt in 6 months, the online community will b this active....

mine froze up too when i was playing that chapter just after i finished killing the 2 indigenous guys with the crossbows and chain explosives. thank god it saved and i just needed to head up the stairs

I'm playing NHL 10 in a Be a GM Mode and the game keeps freezing during the trade deadline and the draft. I cant sim past it. I've restarted the game many times.

I was checking what some of my games are worth and my GotY CoD4 was worth $40, so it would be dumb to use it for that deal.

thats why you guys should have taken advantage of the best buy trade 3 get 1 free or trade 4 get 2 free and the game only had to be $9 each. So you get a 69.99 game then once cod mw2 comes out you return that game and exchange it for cod mw2 :D
