Usually if it's under warranty, contact Sony directly. They will usually send you a box a few days later. They are usually quite quick with repairs. Most of the time, the problem is resolved by restoring the system, if it is indeed the blu-ray diode/laser and you don't have warranty. Sony is charging about 250 for the fix. If not just head to places like crystal mall to fix it. If you're mechanically and electronically inclined you can buy the laser yourself and install it. Good thing I bought a 2 year warranty on top of the 1 year (3 years). :)

try it with someone other than akuma
get first 2 rounds perfect
then the next 3 rounds finish with ultra
and just beat the rest normally with no perfect or ultra finish
make sure you don't lose, not allowed to continue
you should then fight him after seth, beat him and he is urs

could be just the people you're playing against
the closer you are to someone, the better connection with the person you'll get.
if you have a friend (who lives nearby) play with them and see if it's smoother.
also if you're using a router with multiple other people then it might affect your connection as well

it always happens when i'm about to win (like 1 inch left on their healthbar). they walk away or stand there, then the connection is lost. it's frustrating cuz even if it's the 3rd round without any lagging, the guy will disconnect when i'm about to win.

same here, i wasn't used to it at first as the last time i played a FPS was CS. i don't think it's as good as a mouse and keyboard, but for the 'speed' of most the console FPS' i think it works ok with the PS3 pad.

i wonder if KZ2 will sell out? should i bother preordering?
