Agreed. It was the ROM I kept going back to after testing out other ones. Stable and smooth.

!Yaminashi 05-27-2012 06:35 PM

Simplex, do you know if there's a black exodus theme for liquid 1.4?

Simplex123 05-28-2012 11:33 AM

Not sure because I don't use themes. I did do a google search and found this.
It's for liquid 1.1 so don't know if it still works. Just ask around on XDA.

I'll pay someone 25 dollars to update my yakjuux 4.01 phone to yakjuu 4.04

fuck trying to root this shit. I give up.

If anyone links me to how to do it, I swear to god I will fucking stab you.

Yeah I found that too, but to my understanding the themes are very specific to whichever version of the rom you're running due to the framework always changing.

Ah well, I found a way to have my background completely blacked out in the settings menus so there's no more ugly grey :D

Not sure if this is possible, but does anyone know if there's a way to set the phone to accept files over bluetooth automatically after pairing is complete?

Every time I send an mp3 to my nexus via bluetooth, I have to manually hit "accept" on the phone.

On my S2 I think I had an option to receive automatically

Why would you do that? It's so slow.

Its not that slow, it takes about as long as it would for me to grab my USB off the charger, plug it in and copy paste everything.
Bluetooth transfers on liquid rom are pretty quick :)

It shouldn't have anything to do with the ROM though. Bluetooth will can only transfer as fast as the protocol allows. Unless you're using 3.0+HS on both pc and phone it would be like at max 2.1mbps which USB would kill in terms of speed.

Its varied by rom for me, ARHD bluetooth transfers were noticably slower than with liquid. I'd rather wait a few more seconds for the transfer to finish than have to get up out of my chair and grab my usb:fullofwin:

K need some help from you galaxy nexus folks. I'm heading back home for a short trip and one of my friends has a GN. He keeps complaining about really poor reception and crappy battery life. I know he's gunna ask me to look at it so is there anything else I can do besides the obvious updates(if possible) and backup/restore?

ps:
I did a quick google search and they seem to say custom rom, backup and restore or update(if possible) which are all pretty obvious.

Update to any 4.04 ROM with 4.04 radio. Should be a noticeable difference.

k00laid 06-07-2012 06:40 PM

anybody know how to change which email account to send emails with when you reply to something (such as an ad)?

I have my work email as the primary default account to send emails with, but when I click on reply on a craigslist ad or something it automatically shows that the email is gonna be sent with my work account and it doesnt seem to give me the option to change it to my personal one even though I have 3 accounts synced up. Help?

Are most of the newer custom roms loaded with the 4.0.4 radio?
