Can you just add CID or voicemail by itself? I need one of those on my plans |

How decent is my plan? 300 minutes, Unlimited evenings and weekends after 6PM, 2500 texts, 6GB LTE data, VM, CID, CF $55 a month. I usually get my friend who's an account manager at Rogers to renew my credits every so often. I'm going to Asia in two weeks, so I'm trying to see if this plan could generate any interest before I hand it over to my parents (minus the data). |
^^ I would say thats pretty good considering what robbers offered me today |

The retentions guy offered me the 6Gb super something plan. I was like :fuckthatshit: I got 8 months left and you can't offer me anything better than that? He told me the expired 6Gb plan went to retentions after |

If anyone wants to take over my contract, please let me know. There will be two years remaining in January. It is a corporate plan, and last time I checked, I believe it's not transferable, but with Rogers policies always changing, it could be possible now. I am leaving in two weeks, so I would love to hook someone on RS up if it's possible, rather then giving it to my dad who doesn't need all the minutes. EDIT: Plan is transferable with no fee. However, no phone will be included. Hit me up if you want it. |
Just wait until a new awesome plan promo comes out and call them and tell them you want to switch to that one. I had a decent plan and then the 6GB SUPER PLAN came out. I got it with all the free stuff I already had and the deals I had. My current plan is: 62$ after tax and everything ---------------------------- 6GB Data 300 day time min Unlimited incoming Unlimited after 5pm My 10 Canada wide Unlimited text messages Caller ID Voicemail |

My contract with Rogers is up soon and I'm tempted to port my number over to Fido in order to take advantage of their current $57 promotion. It's cheaper than what I currently pay, and I only get the following: 200 Anytime minutes Unlimited Early Evening (6pm start) and Weekends Unlimited Texts Limited VM Call Display Call Waiting 500mb Data Allegedly I'm also supposed to have Visual Voicemail and WhoCalled (whoopdeedoo!), but those have never worked on my phone. Edit: Oh, wtf... they got rid of the credit I had for the early evening calling. I was told that was supposed to last the remainder of my contract. Fuckers. |

In your case, assuming you've tried retentions, that Fido deal is the best deal I've seen aside from Mobo/Wind. I say go for it. I was told when inquiring about cancelling is that minimum cancellation fee is $100, and since most plans are $20/remaining month to cancel, if you're within 5 months of your end date you might as well do it now. |
