Edit - I am 150lbs and 5'6.

wait what... if you're on a cycle, you should at least be 160lb... if not, it means you're not dieting properly and ur body's not fully absorbing the substrates it needs to grow with the juice uve been taking

If i was on cycle i'd definetly be doing a 4 day split per week so i could work all bodyparts.

In fairness... I meant bicycling, as in downhill mountain biking...

Tried ohp 150lbs @ 180 bw and could only pull off 3 reps and 1 rep.

Also if anyone has questions about competing feel free to ask away, and I'll try and answer them the best I can. For everyones info the next comp. is Sandra Wickham Fall Classic: New Westminster, Nov 10. I will not be competing at this show due to I'm going to the middle east.

I was doing 95 for 6-8 reps, tried em today and could barely do 6 reps at the same weight. OHP and benching have always been my weak points, thanks to my spindly upper body

Had the same problem last night. Did OHP for 80 last week pretty easily, thought i could go to 85 but couldn't finish the set. Friend suggested i take a deload/rest week since I've been training like 6-7 days a week for the past 3 weeks.

Arrived in Japan yesterday and am staying in Sendai for a week before I head off to work in Nagoya for a bit. The Gold's gym here is awesome! I'll post pics later once I have the time. Everything is so neat and orderly and the weights are awesome.

still got a few years to grow but i doubt it'll be any significant improvement
