^It'd be nicer if they could make the black part white and the buttons black |

So the white one comes out in February? Fuuu I guess a bit longer wait then |
i don't know man... the reason why the GNex looks relatively "normal" sized right now is because when the screen is off everything blends together. if the screen "pops out" like that, I'm afraid it'll make it look even larger (as do white phones generally appear "larger") |
black looks more classy imo |

I don't know just assumed. |
Here's what the white one will actually look like: http://cdn.droid-life.com/wp-content...s2-364x650.jpghttp://cdn.droid-life.com/wp-content...s1-303x650.jpg |
:heckno: I think I'll stick with the black |
So it was originally rumored to be out for fido/rogers on the 10th but now it's the 13th? What was the point of matching with telus. |
I'm getting annoyed with this Bell Firmware. I think I'm going to root this phone after all and put some custom rom/radio after all. In need of a better, more reliable radio, more juice from my battery and a better notification bar. Makes no sense why they put a battery icon with no percentage or numerical way of measuring how much is left. |
It's not a Bell firmware. It's the stock Google one but released for Bell that's on the phone which of course doesn't come with a lot of these tweaks. There are only 3 radios currently available for Nexus Galaxy. First thing I did was unlock, root, and flash because I wanted a newer OS revision. Currently running Android Revolution 2.1.2 with KK6 radio and widgestoid to get the samsung type of dropdown notification as well as modded battery bar. You might not like it since it's based on the same concept as VillainROM for SGS2. You might want to try CM9 or VillainMIUI instead. http://dl.dropbox.com/u/8070499/Scre...7-15-36-02.png |

Do note that kk6 is an international baseband. I'm using it now and it does have the random disconnect as well. Lk1 and kk7 are the North American ones. |
kk7 has been awesome for me. no drops, no failed messages etc... (I'm on Rogers) Just flashed from modaco to bixie's AOSP 4.0.3 build. I think I'm gonna sit on this ROM for a while until RevolutionHD goes 4.0.3 |
Yeah kk7 was good. It's the stock bell radio. I did have 1 drop but trying kk6 now to compare battery life. KL1 is the newest one of but I've heard it has problems on aws. |
It's been out for a while so how is the battery life for you guys? I'm basically set for this phone once it comes out for fido but I need it to last at least a day (12 hours if not more) on about 45 mins of talk, 100 sms, plus whatsapp. |
I dunno about you guys but my s2 drains battery most if I'm using whatsapp. If I'm just browsing, Facebook, twitter etc I can get 24 hrs easily |
