I got mine at Autowerkes Exclusives but it's kinda far. I think they have a website as well if you want to order online. I got a brush that's kinda like this for my lug nuts and valve stems.

alright, driving back from chilliwack to langley yesterday and my car shut off on the hwy. when i would try to start it the main relay would make clicking sounds and the starter motor would crank but that was it, couldnt tell if fuel pump was priming because cars driving by were so loud.
i assumed main relay was shot so i had a friend drop a new one off to the side of the road only for it to make the same noise *video under*... what else could it be and why would the relay make that sound?

Changed the rear brakes on my car. Took some time to figure out how to compress/retract the piston.
turns out it's an adjustable screw from the back you turn with a Hex/Allen key...
And by doing that I also readjusted the Handbrake to engage within the first 5 clicks or so.

Civic filter was never changed from new to 115000km. Was filthy (2nd pic)
Never let a dealer do this...they will charge $100 to do a 5 min job! ...but I'd love to give a f*ck you to the acura designers who made changing the TL filter so much more annoying than any other Honda.

To clean the leather, the products used were 1Z einszett Plastic Deep Cleaner (http://www.detailersdomain.com/1Z-einszett-Plastic-Deep-Cleaner_p_106.html) and an Uber Ultra Interior Brush (http://www.detailersdomain.com/Uber-Ultra-Interior-Brush-for-Orbital-Polisher_p_754.html) on my Porter Cable 7424. Wiped up with a clean terry cloth. It's important to keep the Porter Cable at a very low speed - I used speed 1. Very quick process but it sure beats using elbow grease.
And if you guys decide to order the above products from Detailer's Domain, they are having a pre-memorial day sale - 15% off and $8.88 flat shipping over $50. Code is PREMEM. Ends on May 13th.

Stuff I've done over the past couple of weeks.
This is how she sat 2 weeks ago (fisting action in the wheel wells was possible on all 4 corners)

Then these guys went in

Tanabe USA Inc. - DF210 Dress-Up Form Springs (http://www.tanabe-usa.com/df210.asp?id=1)
And now she sits about 2" lower than she previously did (although the box stated a 1.5" drop)

Waiting a couple of weeks for things to settle and will get an alignment done then.

Next :
- Replace that Rear quarter louver vent that flew off.

- Replace clutch line when it arrives. It sat for a looong time. I guess Rats got to it and there's a pinhole leak. Flushed it when I bought it and it's already contaminated.

Yesterday.
Berk Intercooler.
Went out to test for boost leaks, and had to pull over twice to replace a broken clamp.
Good thing I only have to do this once.
I installed the EMS intercooler kit a while back and had to use the torque (t-bolt) clamps after the worm-gear clamps kept failing and popping off at 15 psi.
Really pain in the ass to install the intercoolers in the MR2, I was in some really weird positions but I love the car.

You're not properly working on the engine in an MR2 unless you're doing acrobatics at the same time! :D I want an intercooler kit too :(

My driver side window started acting weird, it wouldn't go up or down smoothly and made a weird clunking noise. I was gonna take it in to the shop to look at it, but then the regulator just broke today. Tore my door trim off, breaking off an already breaking clip in the process, removed the regulator and jammed some 2x4s in there to keep the window up. It's gonna suck having it like that with a car that has no AC, leather seats and a glass roof LOL.
Hope I find a regulator soon, car is still drivable but not fun when you gotta baby every corner and bump so the 2x4s dont slip and the window falls. No drive thrus any more either! D:

I was thinking about screwing them in, but it's going to be short term and I'm gonna re-insure my Integra daily to drive around until this is fixed. Sucks having no door trim, nowhere to rest my left arm, since I don't rest my hand on top of the wheel lol.

^ thats legal?
http://www.drivesmartbc.ca/equipment/radar-and-laser-jammers
Radar and laser detectors are currently legal to install in your vehicle and use to avoid prosecution for failing to follow the speed limits in British Columbia. One has to ask why BC is one of the few provinces in our country that has not made this illegal. If you think like I do, inappropriate speed is a significant contributor to collisions and should not be encouraged in any way. Radar and laser detectors are encouraging some drivers to drive at inappropriate speeds every day.
Radar and laser jammers are another matter entirely. While they are not illegal to install they are illegal to use to defeat police speed measurement. In fact, if you are successfully prosecuted for using them, you will have a criminal record that could prove to be a significant handicap to you later in life. The offence is in obstructing a peace officer in the execution of his duty, in this case speed measurement.
Laser jamming devices are the most commonly found because modern lidar units warn their operator that they are being jammed. Since the vehicle being targeted is known precisely, it is easy to flag the driver out of traffic and start an investigation to confirm the source of the jamming. If found, the jamming equipment will be seized and kept to present as evidence at trial. If convicted, the equipment will be forfeit in addition to any other penalty imposed by the court.
Are you willing to trade the possibility of a fine and a few penalty points for the possibility of a criminal record? Think twice about the "legal counsel" provided by the producers and sellers of jamming equipment.
http://www.revscene.net/forums/647018-laser-radar-detector-works.html
You might want to do a search on the topic of Laser jammers...case law in BC for using one...a criminal code conviction for obstructing a Police Officer when you get caught. The Police Laser tells the operator that it is being jammed. I was involved personally in one seizure and conviction. As the Laser gets your speed reading in 1/3 of a second you might consider how you can detect the Laser reading and slow down below the limit in less than 1/3 of a second?

Technically it's also illegal for the plate frame to cover the expiry sticker though the legality of things never stopped no one as exemplified by the two posters above

One is a moving violation, the other is a CRIMINAL offence. You don't get a criminal record for having license plate frames- you can be charged with obstructing a peace officer for the jammers...
