Im sure its more the team telling him not to rush to come back to the last place team and if its not the team telling him its the doctor, only a month later then when he was expected to start skating so for a knee injury really its not that surprising. No. he has always joined/started the rush. this is why sometimes he gets trapped, the other times he gets trapped is cuz he pinches at bad times
