Outside of defensive breakdowns that caused many of the goals they chased a goalie that has given them so much problems before for the 2nd time this season, they had lots of scoring chances (albeit lots of misses) and overall the lines were rolling well and I'll give both Schneider and Luongo the balk for the turkey performance.

It was a weird game. Even Trotz said they didn't deserve to win tonight.

IIRC, Oreo was on the ice when Danny was a punching bag, Oreo didn't drop the gloves and didn't do shit to protect him. I'd rather have Volpatti over Oreo anyday, and having him out for the whole season is a pretty big loss.

But lets admit it, having a 60% MayRay back doesn't really improve the team skillwise, but it makes the team even softer than last season. I always thought the team had to get grittier on the 3rd/4th line as one of the goals going into this season.

i'm just comparing to some known enforcers who also contribute a bit on the score sheet. brad may, matt cooke, sean avery, darren mccarty. tootoo is still a douche, but i still feel like every player should have some offensive touch.

i'm pretty sure that nashville has tootoo floating between the 2nd and 3rd line (primarily on the 3rd line). i end up just ranting because of how much i hate this guy lol
