Making a montage is similar to dancing...When you dance, you have to make your body movements flow with the beat of the music; in the same way, when you make a montage, you have make the image transitions flow with the beat of the music. I get teary eyed, because I remember the disappointment from last season. I know it's stupid to get so invested in the team, but I just can't help it. It's probably like dating a girl for years only to find out she's cheating on you or something.

I'm glad I wasn't the only one. When the game had just over a minute left and the fans in the front were encouraging everyone else to give a standing ovation, I did tear up. It's been a long season and the Canucks had their struggles this year with a short summer for both recovery and training.

First season, 82, 94, 2011............ damn. Watched or listened to every game since day one, plus at least three years of WHL seasons prior. Damn proud to be a Canuck fan.
