Anyone know how I can get a prescription for Fluocinonide? It doesn't appear to be something that you can purchase over the counter.

I don't imagine I can just walk into a pharmacy and ask for it. Can I just call up my family doctor and ask him to write it up for me?

A few years ago, my friend gave me some Fluocinonide cream to deal with the sweat rashes that I was getting. I've since lost the tube and need some of it as I have an outbreak right now.

I can't get it from him any more since he moved down to the States. His sister (a doctor who's also in the States) recommended it to me and it worked great, so I know it's exactly what I need.

If you have a portable AC, it's also a good idea to take it apart and clean the condenser coils once every few years as most portable ACs don't have a filter for the condenser (usually only the evaporator).

If you have a dual-hose portable AC, it may be a good idea to do it this weekend with the drop in temperature after the ash we had the past week. The dual-hose portable ACs take air in from the outside, run it through the condenser coil, and exhaust it outside, so it's usually all unfiltered outdoor air going through your condenser coil. If you have a single-hose system, it shouldn't be as bad unless your house is dusty/dirty.

City won't issue a ticket on hear-say. They'll probably drive by afew times to see if you're "wasting water" and if they see nothing, they'll just shake their heads and move on.

We did everything a little easier than that - we registered everything in both his and my father's name. Everything - car, house, bank accounts, changed all beneficiaries, you name it. That way, when my Papa passed, all we had to do was show the death certificate, remove his name from all the items and then legally nothing could be touched by the province. Prior, my Papa also gave out as many $25k one-time tax-free donations to family members as he could.

I haven't checked in a while, but last I remember is that anything listed in the will is subject to Probate tax - so the less items listed the better. Best leave everything without listing them to one Executor and then have a separate list with your wishes and hope your Executor follows through.

I track things online, and for the fourth fucking time, it says attempted delivery at so and so time but when I check around there is no sign of the slip.
Either it shows up the next day or it does not show up at all and the only reason I know I have something at the post office is because of online tracking.

Bwahahahaha......... same thing happened to me the other day. I was cursing and swearing on chat in the morning. I purposely hung out in front of my house all morning. Mowing the lawn, taking time out to smell the roses, etc. I wait till the regular post man shows up. He tells me, the parcel guys show up early in the morning like 9:30 am or so. WTF? I've been at the front of my house since 8:00 am. I knew the parcel was coming. Tracking said it arrived in Richmond Friday late morning and it was out for delivery. I check my e-mail notification and it tells me delivery was attempted and notice was left. What notice? It was nowhere to be seen. I finally had to go to the local post office to pick up parcel.

Guess what? The notice was in my mailbox the next day. I assumed the delivery attempt was made to the wrong house, but now I think it's just the case of not enough time, so just drop the parcel off at the post office. Why the hell not drop all parcels off at the post office. I will gladly drive out if I knew it was there and not have to deal with this lying and BS.

I guess it's going to end up "delivery to nearest post office" service. Like I said, I don't mind that, just don't fucking lie about it.

So today at work (I work at a pet food and supplies store) this happened. Here's the story:

A woman walks into my store and asks if we know whose french bulldog was in a grey car in our parking lot (we share a parking lot with a 7/11 and a hair salon). She said it was left in a car and was in distress, so I went out with her to check it out. Upon looking at the dog, I could tell it was overheating - the windows in the car were opened half an inch and the dog was panting heavily, drooling, and was trying to be as close to the crack of fresh air as possible with not even any water in the car.

May I also mention that french bulldogs are extremely susceptible to respiratory issues and trouble breathing?

As my partner is about to call the non emergency line, I'm trying to find out how to help this dog. I didn't expect anything to happen from doing this, but I tried opening the passenger side door when I found out it was unexpectedly unlocked. We both are shocked and have no idea whose car or dog this was, so we agreed that I should bring it into my store and wait for the owner to pick it up.

(Note: the woman, before coming to my store, had gone into both the 7/11 and the hair salon asking for the owner of the vehicle and no one had said anything.)

Just as we're going to leash the dog, a man who has been standing in front of this car THIS ENTIRE TIME sipping on a slurpee asks us what we're doing. He has heard everything we've said, he's silently watched as I've opened the car door and get a hold of the dog.

I ask him if the car is his. He says yes. The dog is his, too.

My partner then proceeds to tell him that he shouldn't have left his dog in the car and that his windows were nowhere close to being rolled down sufficiently when he turns completely angry on us and tells us we know nothing about dogs or hot cars, that his dog had air through the cracks of opened window he gave it and therefore was completely comfortable, and basically yelling about us not being justified in trying to save his overheating bulldog.

He then turns to me, where I'm standing by the opened door making sure his dog doesn't run into the street, and tells me to "not touch (his) fucking door and dog." I don't comply because 1) I'm allowing his dog to breathe and 2) by this time he was being such an asshole that I wasn't going to give in to his orders just because he was taller and bigger and louder than me.

He then proceeds to march over to where I am, slam the door right in front of me (almost slamming it on his dog's face) and forcefully walks right into me and starts screaming in my face.

I'm very lucky that the woman I was with filmed this and caught his face, how much his windows were rolled down, and his licence plate. People like this shouldn't have pets and shouldn't get away with unacceptable behaviour.

It would mean a lot if you could share this to spread the word about leaving animals in hot, unventilated cars. I suppose some people just don't get it... But maybe after seeing how irrational his argument is, hopefully some people will think twice before making a "sandwich and slurpee" stop. You can't wait until your pet dies from being in a hot car to realize how quickly it can get hot and how a little sliver of a window essentially does nothing.

Six children and two adults have been found handcuffed and fatally shot in the head in a Texas home, following the arrest of a man who exchanged gunfire with police.

The gunfire broke out when officers who had been called to the Houston-area home late on Saturday spotted the body of a child and tried to enter.

A man surrendered about an hour later, after talks with police negotiators.

Police said the suspect, David Conley, was later charged with capital murder.

The Harris County Sheriff's Office said the bodies were found after "a welfare check was conducted on the premises" by deputies at about 21:00 local time (02:00 GMT Sunday).

A man inside opened fire when the deputies tried to force their way in.

The dead were identified as Dewayne Jackson, 50, his wife Valerie Jackson, 40, and children Nathaniel, 13, Dewayne, 10, Honesty, 11, Caleb, nine, Trinity, seven, and Jonah, six.

Nathaniel was believed to be the son of Mr Conley, 48, and Valerie Jackson from a previous relationship.

Chief Deputy Tim Cannon of the Harris County Sheriff's Office said: "We... cannot fully comprehend the motivation of an individual that would take the lives of so many innocent people. Especially the lives of the youngest.

"The killer's motives appear to be related to a dispute with Valerie."

Mr Conley is being held in jail without bond.

The officials had previously said the bodies of five children and three adults were found in the house.

Court records showed that Mr Conley's criminal history dated back to at least 1988, the Associated Press reports.

Last month, he was charged with assault of a family member, the news agency says.

I've had teammates order new cleats and things from Pro Direct and they didn't pay anything extra, but that's only for a few items instead of 14 jerseys (difference in item quantity and price). I checked out the CBSA website but it still left me wondering. Anybody have any ideas?

Commercial shippers (Fedex, UPS etc) with get you to pay taxes because they just have to.. If by Royal Mail because CBSA handles the tax collection for incoming mail.. it will be hit and miss.

Duty will depend on the origin of your item (if via commercial shipper).
Taxes GST/PST will be charged always by commercial shippers..

Royal Mail -> Canada Post both is maybe depending on the cost.

Do not get them shipped via UPS, their brokerage charges are outrageous and you will be hit with a large lump sum for brokerage.

Typically anything under ~$200 doesnt get charged duties when shipped via Canada Post. I always get my seller to ship via postmail, so it come by Canada Post. Most of the time I never pay duties. The only time i'm guaranteed duties is when shipping via large carrier(Puro,UPS,DHL,Fedex).

That being said, since you're ordering a large amount of jerseys you will most likely have to pay duties.

First of all frosty fire you dumb fuck no one was drifting a car. I happened to be I'm the vehicle during the accident. We were teaching a friend to drive standard and when she was turning she panicked and hit the gas instead of the brake being a new driver we have all done it. It's nice to see that you would rather assume the worst then wonder if the occupation are ok. We were only going 20k when we hit the curb. Yup that's the one, I had some training at that location earlier in the year and it's super nice. Moxies for room service so you don't even have to leave the room ;)
